1. A traffic minimum of two million five hundred thousand (2.5 mil) million network minutes per month per specified destination shall be required to secure specified contracted rates based on wholesale tariffs or rates that have been approved and added by addendum.
2. All (any country) premium rate services such as Gambling or Adult Lines (sexually explicit) services will not be supported.
3. In the event Member’s usage amount fails to reach or exceed required volume commitments the member’s provisioned billing rates shall be recalculated according to the standard “retail” tariff pricing sheet. VTN will have the right to notify the Member regarding call statistics and usage or its Services, without prejudice to any other measure.

General Questions:
1Q. Why is there a high traffic volume requirement?
1A. We only service those clients that require large capacity.
2Q. Why is a prepayment required?
2A. Due to the nature of the business and the requirements by our partners, prepaid deposits are required to secure the preferencial pricing needed to provide agressive tariff offerings to our clients. This also discourages those that would seek to compromise our valuable time, that could be otherwise spent assisting our clients.
3Q. How long does it take start terminating traffic to a route on your network?
3A. Service can conceiveably start within hours after successful testing and verified wire transaction number bank verified are available.
4Q. Will you disclose to other clients that my company uses your network?
4A. As a policy we are required and bound to keep confidential the nature of your business with our company and shall not divulge any client information without extreme prior consent.
5Q. Are there any fees to test or get set up on the network?
5A. There are no fees for basic testing to a few predetermined numbers and destinations, however extended testing or "stress" testing requires deposits based on the level and duration of testing desired.
